The novel is full of action. The theme of forgiveness is prominent. Rivka’s struggle of fighting and working together with a previous betrayer is a challenge. Rivka is a skilled Mossad agent living in another century. Images of Rome and Jerusalem are shown well. The book is worth reading-and an answer to the first book.

I really enjoyed how well the characters were brought to life. The story moved at just the right pace, never feeling slow or rushed. The historical details were spot-on, and Rivka’s personal journey was beautifully written.
